Head Children & Prefects

This year we are delighted to be appointing Hartburn’s first Head Boy and Head Girl, along with their Deputies and Prefects. We consider the roles to be of great importance and want the chosen children to act as ambassadors for our school as well as role models for their peers and our younger pupils.

Year 6 children were asked to put themselves forward and have gone through a rigorous selection process involving pupils, staff and an informal interview with myself and Mrs Hawes, our Deputy Head.

I am pleased to announce the following appointments:

Head Boy: Jacob Johnson

Head Girl: Stella Powell

Deputy Head boy: George Robson

Deputy Head Girl: Safa Rehman

Prefects: Obeid Hussein,     Annabel Stubbs,      Leo Mitson,      Erin McLone

During the year they will be called upon to represent and promote our school and will meet and greet important visitors, as well as being involved in a wide range of other important and enjoyable duties such as our fundraising events, assemblies, concerts and working closely with the School Council.

We hope that the privilege of being chosen for the role of Head Boy and Head Girl will help to drive their ambitions and make them leaders of the future.
