Y3 Y4 Engage Day
I am writing to inform you about an exciting Engage Day that we have planned for our new Year 3 and 4 pupils as part of their topic, Emperors and Empires. This engaging and immersive day will take place in school on Thursday 4th June 2026.
We will be welcoming a special visitor who will lead an exciting workshop to enhance the children’s knowledge and understanding of the Romans. This will be a fantastic opportunity for pupils to bring their learning to life.
To help cover the cost of this workshop, we kindly ask for a contribution of £2 per child. Unfortunately, if we do not receive enough contributions to cover the cost, we may have to cancel the visitor.
We are also inviting the children to come dressed in Roman-inspired outfits if they would like to. Some example photos are included below for inspiration; however, dressing up is completely optional for all pupils.
We are looking forward to a fantastic day of discovery, learning and fun.
